Gymnastics Sequences



Floor
1 Forward roll, Jump ½ turn, Backward roll, Cartwheel

2 Arabesque, Cartwheel, Forward roll, Jump Full    Turn, Backward roll

3 Handstand roll out, Jump full turn, Backward roll, Arabesque, Round-off  


Parallel Bars
1 Jump to Lower arm support and 4 steps, swing to straddle, swing to backward dismount

2 Jump to lower arm support and 4 steps, swing to straddle, forward roll, swing to forward dismount with a half turn inwards.

3 Jump to lower arm support swing to straddle progression, forward roll, half turn, shoulder balance, swing to forward dismount with a half turn inwards.

Trampoline
1 10 Controlled bounces, seat drop, ½ turn, tuck jump, ½ turn, seat drop, stop

2 10 controlled bounces, swivel hips, ½ turn, straddle jump, front drop, stop

3 10 controlled bounces, turn table, straddle jump, full turn, tuck jump, back drop, stop


Beam
1 Side mount, 4 dip walks, cat leap, pivot turn, tuck jump dismount

2 Side mount, 4 dip walks, arabesque, step and scissors jump, pivot turn, Straddle dismount

3 Side mount, Straddle swing to crouch, stand then forward roll, stand arabesque turn, 4 dip walks, scissors jump, step handstand dismount


Bar
1 Jump to front support, back hip circle, rear dismount

2 Back hip circle mount, Back hip circle, toe shoot dismount (bar just below Shoulder height)

3 Back hip circle mount, back single leg circle, half turn out, back hip circle toe shoot dismount (bar above head height)

Today we did the trampoline, bar and beam. i try to jump 10 times on the trampoline. I tried to jump pass the cone while trying not to fall off the beam. we didn't got much time left when we got to the bar so I didn't try it.

11/9/17
today we tried the bar again,but I can't lift myself high enough but i tried. Next I did the parallel bar and I manage to do 4 steps. I did 10 jumps on the trampoline.
